MEDIA RELEASE: Qualitas appoints Mark Power to newly created role, Head of Income Credit

Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) one of Australia’s leading alternative real estate investment managers, has announced a newly created position within its investment team, the Head of Income Credit, and the appointment of Mark Power to the role. He will report into Qualitas’ Global Head of Real Estate and Co-Founder, Mark Fischer.
Mark joined Qualitas in 2017 from NAB where he was Director, Corporate Property and has more than 30 years of experience in real estate finance.
In this new role, Mark will be responsible for the income credit business which includes the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX: QRI), the Qualitas Senior Debt Fund and various domestic and offshore institutional mandates.
Commenting on the appointment and the creation of the Head of Income Credit role, Mark Fisher, Global Head of Real Estate and Co-Founder, said, “This newly created role recognises the growth of the firm and increasing sophistication of our operation and will be a key element in the delivery of Qualitas’ growth strategy.
