We’re thrilled to celebrate the 5-year anniversary of the Qualitas Real Estate Income Fund (ASX:QRI), our flagship listed commercial real estate (CRE) private credit fund!
CRE private credit is a highly specialised asset class that requires an investment manager with deep expertise and a strong track record. Historically invested in by institutional investors with larger pools of capital, five years ago we saw the opportunity to make CRE private credit more accessible to a broader base of investors and democratise access to the asset class for all investor types.
Since inception, the fund has provided investors with monthly cash income at attractive risk-adjusted returns1,2, portfolio diversification and exposure to the property market without ownership risk – all of which, we aim to continue to deliver on in the years to come.
