ASX ANNOUNCEMENT: Appointment of non-executive director

Qualitas Limited (ASX: QAL) (Qualitas, or Company), a leading Australian alternative real estate investment manager, is pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Darren Steinberg to the Board of Qualitas Limited (Board) as an independent non-executive director. Mr Steinberg will join the Board Nomination, Remuneration and Culture Committee as well as the Investment Committee upon appointment.
Mr Steinberg has extensive experience in commercial property and funds management, most recently as the Chief Executive Officer of ASX-listed Dexus and an Executive Director of Dexus Funds Management. Mr Steinberg is also a Director of the Sydney Swans, a Fellow of the Australian Institute of Company Directors, the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors and the Australian Property Institute.
He will take up his appointment to the Board with effect from 1 October 2024 and will stand for election at Qualitas’ Annual General Meeting on 29 November 2024.
